Here is a quick look at some of the areas on 30A. From the last time I looked at these numbers the inventory has dropped and demand is still steady. The high and low end on price per square foot is surprisingly close to where it was. Some neighborhoods have shifted more than others and the negotiation styles have also. We are not as hot as a primary market but there is more of a chance of being in a multiple offer situation than there previously was in our market. This is especially true when viewing and making decitions on weekends. We are going into the best time of year for buying properties. With fewer people in town it is easier to get in and out of the homes and condos. A large percent of properties are on the rental market so it is still best to plan seeing homes on weekends, but more will become open during the weekdays going forward.
