4th of July at the Beach- 30A, Destin, and PCB Fireworks and Activities
The 4th of July is a significant holiday for us, with many people in town. If you're fortunate enough to be here, there will be plenty of events to choose from if you're looking for something to do. Neighborhoods and venues will host activities starting early in the day and continuing into the night. Here's a list of afternoon and evening activities happening up and down the coast this 4th of July.
30A Area
Alys Beach
4th of July Concert: Scheduled for July 4, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., this event features live music, food and drink from local merchants, and a fireworks finale. Located at 9581 E County Highway 30A, Inlet Beach, FL, 32461, admission is free.
Donut Eating Contest: On July 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00/12:00 p.m., sponsored by Charlie’s Delights, attendees can cheer on contestants or participate. Cost is $5 for children 6 and under, $10 for others, at the Alys Beach Amphitheatre.
Rosemary Beach
4th of July Bike Parade & Celebration: From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on July 4, 2026, enjoy bike decorating, breakfast bites, face painting, and Kona Ice. Located at 8 N Barrett Square, Rosemary Beach, FL, 32461, this event is free.
Stars & Soundwaves / Evening Celebration: Starting in the afternoon on July 4, 2026, with family field day activities, face painting, live music (around 6:30 p.m.), and fireworks at approximately 8:45–9:00 p.m. over the Gulf. This free event is held on the Western Green and town center area.
Seaside
Annual Independence Day: Running from 9:00 a.m. onward on July 4, 2026, this block party includes live performances, a bike decorating contest, hot dog eating contest, family activities, and fireworks over the Gulf. Located at Central Square, Scenic Highway 30A, Seaside, FL, 32459, admission is free.
Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks Spectacular: From 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on July 4, 2026, enjoy the Sinfonia Gulf Coast Patriotic Pops Concert at 7 p.m., followed by fireworks at 8:30 p.m. over the Gulf, also free at the Seaside Amphitheater.
Grayton Beach
Stars & Stripes Blood Drive + 4th Festivities: From 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on July 4, 2026, participate in a blood drive with incentives, plus wellness checks, flags, swag, live music, and a Grayton Beach parade. Located at 63 DeFuniak St, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459. Free to attend with donations encouraged. (Note: Full 2026 details are still emerging; this follows the traditional format.)
4th of July Parade: Starting at 8:30 a.m. on July 4, 2026, no registration needed; decorate your ride and join the procession (swimsuits welcome, no water guns). Location is Grayton Beach, FL, admission is free.
WaterColor
Beach Bash & Fireworks: WaterColor’s All-Day Celebration: From 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on July 4, 2026, enjoy live bands, a chef’s cookout, patriotic drink specials, beach chair rentals from 5:30 p.m., and fireworks over the Gulf. Located in WaterColor, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Free for guests and residents (some paid add-ons available).
Independence Day Celebration (Package Store): From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on July 4, 2026, offers pre-order picnic meals with curbside pickup. Location is WaterColor, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, with costs varying by preorder.
Miramar Beach
Red, White, and Baytowne Celebration: From 6:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.+ on July 4, 2026, enjoy live music, kids’ crafts, face painting, balloon sculpting, and a fireworks show at 9:15 p.m. Located at 9100 Baytowne Blvd, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550, admission is free.
Solaris Yacht 4th of July Dinner Cruise: From 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on July 4, 2026, this dinner cruise offers fireworks viewing from the water. Located at 9300 US Hwy 98 W, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550. Costs are approximately $150 for adults (11+), $70 for children (3-10), and free for infants (2 and under).
Destin
Destin Commons Star-Spangled Food Truck Festival and Fireworks Show: On July 4, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., enjoy food trucks, live music, and fireworks at 9:00 p.m. Located at 4100 Legendary Drive, Destin, FL, 32541. Admission is free with additional costs for food.
City of Destin 4th of July Fireworks: At 9:00 p.m. on July 4, 2026, enjoy a fireworks show at East Pass / Harbor area, Destin, FL, 32541, with free admission.
HarborWalk Village Destin 4th of July Concert and Celebration: From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.+ on July 4, 2026, this free event (with on-site parking fees) features live music, festivities, fire spinning, and a drone show + fireworks at 10 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL, 32541.
Independence Day Parade: Starting at 9:00 a.m. on July 4, 2026, at Main Street and Harbor Boulevard, this parade includes floats, marching bands, and festive displays, with free admission.
July 4th Cookout & Celebration at Hilton Sandestin: From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.+ on July 4, 2026, enjoy a poolside cookout, buffet, live music, Warbirds Flyover, and fireworks finale. Reservations are recommended. Located at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, with costs varying.
