Why you'd want to live in Grayton

Grayton Beach, FL is located in the center of 30A. It covers the 2 mile area from around Highway 283 to Highway 83, or from Watercolor to Blue Mountain Beach. Grayton is about six miles in from the Destin start of 30A, or about nine or ten miles in from the Panama City Beach side. In this area there are about 1000 homes. In the heart of Grayton Beach south of the intersection of Highway 283 and 30A there are somewhere around 250 homes and their shops and restaurants like The Red Bar. Down at the beach in Grayton cars with permits are allowed to drive on the beach. A free shuttle runs between a parking lot on Highway 283 to where the beach access meets the commercial area since parking is limited. Grayton is old beach town vibes with a lot of trees and some dirt roads. It is located in the middle of gulf front state park. It has a mix of product with some small old beach cottages and some new luxury mega builds. With the special location on 30a in the middle of state park the value will be strong for either product.
